Know who to hire before the first call.

AyHire reads what developers have shipped on GitHub and hands you a shortlist: scored with the proof attached, and checked for who is open to work. Search on the website, or let your agent do it.

Shortlist ready

example

3 picked from 31 people behind 10 repos

  • Mara Okafor52/60employed, open
  • Teo Lindqvist47/60open to work
  • Ana Ruiz44/60employed

A résumé says what someone claims. Their work shows what they did.

Without AyHire

  • Hundreds of applications and keyword filters.
  • A first call just to find out if they can build.
  • No idea who is open until you ask.

With AyHire

  • People whose shipped work you have already seen.
  • The proof next to every score.
  • Who is open to work, before you write.

Describe the role in a line. AyHire shows what it will search, finds the people behind that code, and scores the five who wrote the most of it.

Six scores out of 10, read as the three questions you would ask anyway, each next to the work it came from. Private repos and full source code are never read.

    Know who is open

GitHub is checked first, which costs nothing. A normal lookup comes to about a cent and a deeper one a few cents more. A role search checks its top people this way; anyone else, only when you ask. Every answer says where it came from, and a guess is marked as a guess.
