# AyHire pricing

> Three plans, each for one person, billed monthly or yearly. Your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial: you add a card at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Yearly billing charges 10 months for twelve. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Choose a plan at https://ayhire.com/pricing.

### Starter: $99 a month, or $990 a year

A founder or hiring manager filling one or two roles.

- 3 roles open at once
- 150 new analyses of a person a month
- 300 judgements against a role's criteria a month
- 150 availability and email lookups a month
- Paid yearly: $82.50 a month, $198 less than twelve monthly payments.

### Pro: $249 a month, or $2,490 a year

A recruiter or team hiring every month.

- 10 roles open at once
- 600 new analyses of a person a month
- 1,200 judgements against a role's criteria a month
- 600 availability and email lookups a month
- Paid yearly: $207.50 a month, $498 less than twelve monthly payments.

### Agency: $499 a month, or $4,990 a year

An agency sourcing for several clients at once.

- No limit on open roles
- 1,500 new analyses of a person a month
- 3,000 judgements against a role's criteria a month
- 1,500 availability and email lookups a month
- Paid yearly: $415.83 a month, $998 less than twelve monthly payments.

- Ask in a sentence: AyHire plans the searches and shows them before it runs.
- Criteria for each role, with a link behind every judgement.
- AyHire's call on every person: who to talk to first, why, and what to check.
- Who is open to work, LinkedIn and email, each with its source and how sure it is.
- Board and shortlist with notes, next steps and who you contacted.
- Team workspaces that share roles and the shortlist.
- Your agent: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and more over MCP, plus API keys.
- Public GitHub work only. Never private repos or source code.

## Done for you

You would rather we ran the search. We run the role, check every person by hand and hand you a shortlist with the evidence. You interview. Priced per role: book a call to talk it through (below).

## How billing works

- **Free trial.** 14 days on your first plan. You add a card at checkout; nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Changing plan during the trial keeps the trial.
- **Upgrading** takes effect at once, with a prorated invoice for the rest of the period.
- **Moving to a smaller plan** waits for the end of the paid period where possible. Otherwise it applies at once, and the unused part becomes credit on future invoices.
- **Monthly to yearly** charges the year now, with credit for the unused part of the month. **Yearly to monthly** takes effect at the end of the paid year.
- **Cancelling** keeps the plan until the end of the paid period. There are no partial refunds, and you can resume before the period ends.
- **Failed payments** are retried by Stripe, and the plan stays on while it retries.
- **Invoices** are in Plan & billing in the app (https://ayhire.com/app/billing). Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax.
- **Plans are per person.** Teammates share roles and the shortlist in a workspace; each person has their own plan.
- **Allowances are per person per month.** A saved analysis less than 30 days old is free and instant. The hourly limits also apply: 20 new analyses, 40 judgements and 30 lookups an hour per account.
